Office Administrator

Viridis Energy Solutions is a solar company located in Woburn, MA. We are looking for a motivated, positive self-starter to join our solar family as a Solar Office Administrator & Project Administrator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of projects in the company and know which tasks need to be completed
  • General office duties (e.g., answering/routing phone calls, mail/shipping, filing/copying/scanning)
  • File paperwork to city offices (such as utility companies and city building departments)
  • Data Entry
  • Send invoices and keep track of accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Scheduling: Arrange meetings with customers, schedule job installation dates and final inspections
  • Facilities: Serve as a point of contact between workers, city building departments, customers and suppliers, submit work orders and communicate with staff as required.
  • Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma with a college degree preferred
  • Punctual
  • Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
  • Impeccable multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive, enthusiastic personality to energize the workplace
  • Interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personalities and cultures

  • 8 hour shift


  • High school or equivalent (Required)


  • Solar Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
