Job: Part-TimeLocation: Woburn, MA*Pay: $20.00 HourlyOffice Administrator
Viridis Energy Solutions is a solar company located in Woburn, MA. We are looking for a motivated, positive self-starter to join our solar family as a Solar Office Administrator & Project Administrator.
Job Responsibilities:
- Keep track of projects in the company and know which tasks need to be completed
- General office duties (e.g., answering/routing phone calls, mail/shipping, filing/copying/scanning)
- File paperwork to city offices (such as utility companies and city building departments)
- Data Entry
- Send invoices and keep track of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Scheduling: Arrange meetings with customers, schedule job installation dates and final inspections
- Facilities: Serve as a point of contact between workers, city building departments, customers and suppliers, submit work orders and communicate with staff as required.
- Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma with a college degree preferred
- Punctual
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills
- Impeccable multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
- Positive, enthusiastic personality to energize the workplace
- Interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personalities and cultures

Education
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience
- Solar Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
