How much annual usage solar is designed to cover.

A 100% offset means modeled annual solar production is roughly equal to the last 12 months of electricity use. It does not mean every utility bill becomes zero.

NET METERING

Production and consumption happen at different times.

Eligible Massachusetts systems may receive bill credits for excess generation sent to the grid. Utility rules, minimum charges, and credit values still apply.
